I am an organizational and performance psychologist specializing in mentalization and related theory of mind concepts. Mentalization is the ability to explain and predict human behavior based on an understanding of what is going on in the minds of others.
As one of the founding members of the Center for Applied Theory of Mind (CaToM), I am dedicated to introducing mentalization and theory of mind reasoning to the general public, extending familiarity with these fascinating concepts and promoting the practice of these abilities beyond the clinical and scientific environments.
At CaToM we translate scientific research in the fields of mentalization and theory of mind into actionable mentalization insights and tools that empower people to navigate social situations effectively.
